[Remote] Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & ITAM)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. QBrainX Inc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead development efforts for ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB platforms remotely. The role involves scripting, customizing the Employee Service Center portal, and managing integrations and platform upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ITSM modules using server-side (Glide API) and client-side scripting (JavaScript, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing functionality.
• Customize the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal, including widgets, catalog items, and UI configurations.
• Configure and maintain ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules for lifecycle tracking and compliance.
• Design and manage CMDB structures and relationships to support ITSM.
• Develop and manage integrations with SailPoint, Intune, and other enterprise tools.
• Create and maintain APIs, MID Servers, and integration workflows.
• Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades.
• Manage instance cloning and ensure post-clone validation.

Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting skills (Glide API, JavaScript).
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, CMDB.
• Experience with third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with other ITSM or ITAM tools.
