Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager to lead our Digital Modernization Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, and providing guidance and leadership to our development team leads.

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager, you will play a critical role in building roadmaps, providing recommendations, leading development, and utilizing new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow capabilities.
- Lead ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements, and implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (AI and automation).
- Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development, and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
- Provide assistance to development teams as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree and 15 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 12+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer.
- 8+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
- 8+ years leading ServiceNow development teams.
- Must obtain and maintain Public Trust. Contract requirement. Benefits:

- Experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
- Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across various modules in ServiceNow.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
- Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals.
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
- Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR.
- Project Management or Agile certification.
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
