Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience including modules, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting proficiency.
• Experience with AI integrations, Large Language Model (LLM) familiarity, and NowAssist product utilization.
• Integration skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 8 years of experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified ServiceNow Developer or AI certifications.
