Key Responsibilities
- Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison among clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
- Oversight of projects from architecture design through implementation, providing leadership, advocacy, and hands-on support.
- Technical expertise on ServiceNow efforts, including O&M projects, enterprise business transformation planning, and implementation.
- Client-facing collaboration to develop and implement requirements through ServiceNow, making architectural decisions and setting technical standards.
This role requires one to serve as architect, lead developer, and support multiple engagements simultaneously. You will attend senior management-level meetings to obtain business requirements, offer solutions, and serve as an expert on ServiceNow tool capabilities. Requirements
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- ~2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and consult around key technical decisions.
- Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification. Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
