ServiceNow Developer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing custom forms and workflows within ServiceNow. This will involve creating Service Catalog Items, Content Items, and Workflows to support IT and non-IT process automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end web development experience developing custom forms and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Creating Service Catalog Items, Content Items, and Workflows.
• ServiceNow development supporting IT and non-IT process automation.
• Experience following established coding standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow Development, Platform Management, and DBA teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget. Position Qualifications:
• Experience using ServiceNow Forms and Form Designer.
• ServiceNow Portal development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules and workflows supporting ongoing operations and continuous improvement initiatives for service desk/incident management, service request and service catalog, change management, CM, asset management, KM, and problem management.
• Experience providing operational end-user support in troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues, managing access, generating reports, and completing catalog tasks.
• Experience with JavaScript/ServiceNow JavaScript APIs, HTML5.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of ITIL and in-depth understanding of ServiceNow solutions.
• Agile Software Development experience or certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any product specific).
• Mobile application development experience is a plus.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is a plus.
