Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Overview As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will work with customers to design and implement the ServiceNow ITOM Solution, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance their ITOM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities for ITOM
• Lead customer design workshops focused on the ServiceNow Platform and ITOM Solution technology
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITOM Solution's standard capabilities
• Develop required integration and portal components, ensuring quality deliverables
• Provide training and mentoring to team members and oversee technical aspects of project delivery

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, along with relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
• Minimum of 3 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SaaS technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Proven team player with strong team-building abilities
• Knowledge of middleware, LDAP, and SSO technologies
