Expert ServiceNow Technical Specialist
The position requires an experienced ServiceNow technical specialist to lead technical implementation teams, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and develop strategic plans for implementing the ServiceNow platform. This individual must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement ServiceNow projects
- Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and requirements, and develop tailored solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on ServiceNow best practices and standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Design and implement service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customer success
- Manage and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Provide technical expertise in planning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow implementations
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
