Technical Architect Position

MetaPhase is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for government agencies.

This position demands extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and customization. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or Developer.

• Foster relationships with clients, partners, technical teams, and project stakeholders to establish themselves as a trusted Subject Matter Expert.
• Offer technical guidance on ServiceNow initiatives, encompassing ongoing operations and maintenance projects, as well as enterprise-wide business transformation planning and execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to define and execute technical specifications within the ServiceNow platform. Main Duties

The appointed ServiceNow Technical Architect will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and effective communication throughout the process. Their key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with senior management to gather business needs, propose solutions, and provide authoritative insights into ServiceNow capabilities.
• Facilitating technical discussions within the team to refine ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
• Maintaining adherence to development best practices concerning security, performance, reusability, scalability, and reliability.

The chosen candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients to create a strategic plan for ServiceNow platform alignment with client transformation goals. Moreover, they will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations, covering aspects such as core setup, workflow management, reporting, data import, custom scripting, and third-party integration. Participation in Business Capture

The successful applicant will contribute to business capture efforts across various federal sectors by acting as the ServiceNow subject matter expert and participating in proposal preparation, marketing materials, case studies, and presentations. They will also contribute to the development of MetaPhase's ServiceNow service line by maintaining sandbox environments, designing and configuring modules for training purposes, testing upgrades, and exploring new features.
