Requisition 39064: B4 ServiceNow Solution Architect

A critical opportunity has arisen to join our organization as a leading ServiceNow Solution Architect. This role involves providing technical expertise and strategic planning to drive the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the business.

Key responsibilities include ensuring platform alignment with business and IT strategies, creating and maintaining detailed documentation on platform architecture, technical design, and implementation details, and providing enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy for the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical experience and background of contribution, advanced development skills in driving platform governance, and strategic planning. Experience with managed service providers aligning ServiceNow support and development to company policies and standards is also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing ServiceNow in a large I.T. environment
• 3+ years of experience supporting, optimizing and maturing both service management, CMDB, and Asset Management practices
• Experience with programming languages, i.e., Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features
