About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on technical direction and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, design, and systems integration of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide technical direction.
• Develop and implement comprehensive development plans, aligning with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on technical leadership.
• Advanced certification in ServiceNow (e.g., CIS, CAD, CTA).
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CSDM, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
