Enterprise IT Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect to support our customer in implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model using agile methodology.

• Responsible for all aspects of the application's architecture and ensuring it meets business requirements.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of enterprise and platform-level architecture, including technical systems and processes.
• Liaison with business analysts and technical teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
• Define architecture design and ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Work with business analysts and scrum masters to create implementation plans and strategies.
• Evangelize the developed solution to team members and stakeholders, promoting its benefits and value.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying new knowledge to improve existing solutions.

Key qualifications include:

• 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent degree in a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in incremental software development projects, with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams, collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
• An active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain one, as required by the project.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator, demonstrating expertise in the platform. Our Company Culture

The proposed salary range for this position is: $131,800 - $290,000
