Relevant Experience

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration and Implementation specialist in HRSD, including full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
• Technical Lead with extensive hands-on experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (Portal), Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Document Management, and Performance Analytics for HR.
• Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and directories such as Active Directory using LDAPs
• Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience
