Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cloud infrastructure efforts. As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust cloud-based systems that support business operations.

Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and implement industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story of cloud adoption and benefits.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in cloud infrastructure.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback to improve cloud services.
• Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations related to cloud management.

You will be expected to lead large-scale initiatives emphasizing cloud platform strategy and design, guiding transformational projects related to IT Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Digital adoption. Your goal will be to maintain operational excellence and top-tier client interaction. Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems.
• At least 7 years of experience in cloud management.

• Proficiency in Cloud Management Platforms and Automation.
• Experience managing transformational IT projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps strategies and tools.
