[Remote] Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITSM & Platform Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITSM modules and platform-level development to set up a new ServiceNow instance, configure core modules, and build integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure a new ServiceNow instance from scratch
• Develop and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.)
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
• Build reusable components, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience
• Deep expertise in ITSM modules
• Experience in platform-level development
• Ability to set up and configure a new ServiceNow instance from scratch
• Experience in developing and customizing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.)
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
• Ability to build reusable components, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts
• Collaboration skills to work with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
