Position Title: ServiceNow Lead

Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Pittsburgh and Cleveland are top preferences, but open to all hubs including the additional satellite hubs.

Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 Remote

Travel: Occasional travel to Pittsburg if not located in Pittsburg for team meetings and team collaboration

Intended length of Assignment:12 Months

Potential for Contract Extension: Yes

Function of the Group: Combination of mitigating risk, reduce costs, and generate revenue

Initiatives/Projects: ServiceNow platform and Cloud Accelerate

Industry background: Banking/financial background or highly regulated industries is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate
  • Develop ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solution while following best practices.
  • Work with clients to understand requirements
  • Offer creative ideas to solve challenges
  • Communicate technical information to different audiences
  • Help with writing clear documentation
  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
  • Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users
  • Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
  • Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
  • Agile development lifecycle - need to understand how the lifecycle works
  • Ability to develop in Java Script Must Have Technical Skills:
  • ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow product implementations
  • ITOM Cloud Accelerate experience
  • Agile Methodologies
  • JavaScript Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
  • Ansible development
  • Python Education/Certifications:
  • No education required, experience in lieu of education
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certified is a plus Skills:
