ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will have a strong track record of designing and developing scalable applications, with expertise in custom application development, scripted REST APIs, and integration with ServiceNow.
• Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical leadership, and ensuring seamless interoperability between systems.
• This role requires strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, as well as awareness of AWS engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform knowledge, with a background in developing and managing aCMDB.
• Familiarity with ITSM best practices and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
