• Collaborate with other teams to gather operational requirements.
• Design, configure, and customize AIOps solutions within ServiceNow ITOM Health framework.
• Implement incident, event, and performance management processes using AIOps principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate data sources, set up event correlation rules, and create predictive alerts.
• Perform testing and validation of AIOps configurations.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AIOps implementations.
• Provide technical documentation and training materials for support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
