Role: ServiceNow – S2P Consultant

Location: Remote Type: Contract Duration: 3-6+ months

Scope of Work:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing the Source to Pay (S2P) module. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end S2P implementation, ensuring process alignment, stakeholder engagement, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and vendor management
• Configure and customize relevant modules aligned with the client’s S2P process
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and user adoption
• Provide training and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) processes and ServiceNow architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Proven experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Required Certifications:

• ✅ Certified System Administrator (CSA) – ServiceNow
• ✅ Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM)
