- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Core Architecture">
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator">
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite">
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer">
- Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)">
- Strong understanding and track record of scoping and designing complex ServiceNow projects that have been successfully delivered on time & budget.">
- Strength and depth in understanding Service Management processes and capabilities, and the ability to articulate how ITSM tooling drives exceptional Service Management outcomes.">
- Strong understanding around CMDB / CSDM, and other data taxonomies (e.g. TBM).">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities on multiple projects and initiatives.">
- Pragmatic technology approach an ability to understand what solution(s) best match the requirements based on differing capabilities of the technologies in use to deliver ITSM.">
