Program Manager Enterprise Applications (ServiceNow or Similar ERP)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives with a strong focus on Agile delivery and sprint planning . This role will oversee multiple projects across IT and business functions , driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable, but the emphasis is on program governance , Agile leadership , and business partnership .

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional technology programs.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to define scope, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Facilitate program ceremonies, executive updates, and steering committee sessions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple projects.
• Oversee vendor/system integrator performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including Agile sprint planning.
• Proven track record managing enterprise application programs (ServiceNow).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working with offshore teams and vendor partners.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or ITIL frameworks.
• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred
