Responsibilities Of The ServiceNow Architect
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and SPM modules.
- Lead integrations with external applications and automate workflows using Flow Designer, Playbooks, and other ServiceNow tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues while ensuring data integrity and system security.
- Create and enforce development standards, review technical designs, and guide platform upgrades to remain current with new releases.
- Mentor developers and administrators, providing strategic recommendations and technical leadership.
- Maintain documentation, follow security best practices, and support compliance standards.
Qualifications Of The ServiceNow Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- More than 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, including ITSM and SPM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
- Advanced scripting and development skills: Glide APIs, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), JSON, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML.
- Strong background with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, and scoped application development.
- Experience leading complex implementations.
Salary Range of ServiceNow Architect: $95,000 - 120,000
