Job Role: ServiceNow Architect – Source to Pay

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain to join our London-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements in procurement, supplier management, sourcing, and finance processes. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, functional knowledge, and stakeholder management to ensure successful platform adoption and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay processes (procurement, sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, AP automation).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs.
• Define technical standards, architectural governance, and integration strategies across ERP, procurement, and finance systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
• Oversee solution roadmaps, upgrade planning, and platform optimization.
• Conduct impact analysis for new features, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow capabilities in the S2P domain.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on expertise in IT workflows and procurement/finance-related modules.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, including procurement, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP/procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Workday).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, and integration hub.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise/global environments is an advantage.
