We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to define the scope and vision for projects, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions to address these needs. You will also lead technical teams in executing system and user acceptance testing, managing change, and training methods.

• Define project scopes and visions, driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
• Understand client business challenges and offer solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop experience in designing workflows to implement business processes.
• Execute system and user acceptance testing, manage change, and train users.
• Provide advisory services to clients on their ServiceNow roadmap. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and strong development skills in ServiceNow Platform features.
• Extensive experience in deploying ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, IRM, or HRSD aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Ability to perform technical leadership roles to delivery teams on ServiceNow expertise across ServiceNow suite portfolio solutions.
