[Remote] ServiceNow Developer--SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Noblesoft Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer for a remote contract position. The role involves implementing and managing the Strategic Portfolio Management module within ServiceNow, focusing on project portfolio management, demand management, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (GlideScript, GlideAjax, Client Scripts, Business Rules), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Module:
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM) setup & configuration.
• Demand Management – capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing demands.
• Resource Management – allocation, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Financial Planning – cost plans, benefit plans, budgets.
• Agile Development / SAFe integration with SPM.
• Strong knowledge of roadmap planning, OKRs, and strategic alignment features in ServiceNow.
• Data migration and reporting – building Performance Analytics dashboards for portfolio KPIs.
• Experience integrating SPM with Jira / Azure DevOps for agile delivery.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Roadmap Planning and Scenario Planning.
• Exposure to enterprise PMO processes and governance frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2).

Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM
