[Remote] ServiceNow Architect- CSM and Telco Industry Experience Required

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GlideFast Consulting is seeking an experienced Telecom Architect to assist clients in the telecommunications industry. This role involves creating technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations and providing expert guidance to ensure alignment with customer business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements
• Collaborate with clients to understand their telecom processes and requirements, and provide expert guidance and support in fitting those processes into the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide expert-level consulting services to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical architecture aligns with business needs and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the telecom industry and recommend innovative solutions to improve business operations.
• Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure the codebase is clean and well-documented.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth system operations.

Skills

• 1+ year(s) of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with the implementation of ITSM, CSM, FSM, or OMT solutions for telecom customers.
• 4+ years as a ServiceNow developer
• 1+ year as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, databases, and workflow creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong working knowledge and proven experience with OSS/BSS technologies
• Strong understanding of the Telecom Service Delivery and Assurance domains
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Application Developer
• Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
