[Remote] ServiceNow ITAM Architect (Fully Remote – Long-Term Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect for a fully remote, long-term contract position. The role involves architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, focusing on optimizing asset utilization and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to align ITAM strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Ensure accurate asset tracking and lifecycle management, optimizing asset utilization and compliance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for asset discovery, reconciliation, and license management.
• Implement automated workflows to improve asset governance, procurement, and retirement processes.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM/SAM implementations with integrations to SCCM, Absolute, Apptio, and other asset management tools.
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to align ITAM strategies with organizational goals.

Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in either Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM)
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM experience with a focus on HAM or SAM
• Active ServiceNow certification in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM) (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes, procurement, compliance, and contract management
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITAM with third-party asset discovery tools
• Knowledge of CSDM and ITIL best practices
• Ability to work remotely and independently, managing complex ITAM architectures
