Required Skills

• Must Have
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders at the SVP level and above.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of driving initiatives and building consensus.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to serve as a key liaison between the ServiceNow platform, external vendors, and internal KDP business partners.
• Nice to Have
• Previous experience working successfully within an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proven success leading ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework and enterprise service management practices.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, ACLs, and data modeling.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
