Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
• Proficiency in Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods.
• Strong experience with requirements management and Agile development practices.
• Leadership experience, guiding and mentoring development teams while sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build positive relationships with senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow implementations in collaboration with the service management team.
• Develop and configure applications and solutions that meet system stakeholder needs.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Government clients to create effective implementation strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow systems and solutions, especially in DoD or Federal environments.
• A high school diploma or GED.
