You’ll also provide expert guidance on designing, developing, and enhancing the platform’s capabilities. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their mission, architecture, priorities, and security requirements.

Skills
- 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
- Proficiency in Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods.
- Strong experience with requirements management and Agile development practices.
- Leadership experience, guiding and mentoring development teams while sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build positive relationships with senior leaders and executives.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow implementations in collaboration with the service management team.
- Develop and configure applications and solutions that meet system stakeholder needs.
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Government clients to create effective implementation strategies and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow systems and solutions, especially in DoD or Federal environments.
- A high school diploma or GED.
