Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant. This Candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring the functionality, performance, and scalability of our mission-critical BMC and ServiceNow platforms. Act as a key liaison, gathering and documenting detailed business needs, translating them into clear technical specifications, and validating that the implemented solutions meet those requirements. Your role includes both Business analyst & Testing engineer, requiring you to design and execute rigorous functional, performance, load, and stress test.This Candidate will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas/Richardson , Texas or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Service Now/Remedy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Performance Test Strategy & Planning, Develop comprehensive performance test plans, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing, tailored to the BMC Helix/Remedy and ServiceNow environment.
  • Configure and maintain realistic test environments mirroring production deployments, including simulated user loads and data volumes.
  • Design and develop automated performance test scripts using industry-standard tools specifically for BMC Helix/Remedy applications and ServiceNow ATF.
  • Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, BMC Helix Monitor and other monitoring tools ) to collect and analyze performance metrics, identifying performance bottlenecks and resource utilization issues.
  • Design and execute scalability tests to assess the system's ability to handle increasing user loads and data volumes, providing recommendations for capacity planning.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of performance issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and architects to communicate performance test results and recommendations effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing methodologies and tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
  • Construct test cases that represent complex ITSM workflows and measure the impact of customizations and integrations on system performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CMDB performance testing is a strong plus.
  • Experience with testing API performance.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
