Servicenow ITAM Workflow Technical Expert

A highly skilled technical expert in Servicenow best practices focused on configuration, with a strong background in ITAM and software asset management. Key responsibilities include advising customers on how to take advantage of the Servicenow ITAM Solution's standard capabilities, leading customer design workshops, drafting user stories, and guiding customers in completing required documentation. Key Skills:

• Technical expertise in Servicenow configuration and best practices
• Strong understanding of ITAM and software asset management
• Ability to advise customers on implementing Servicenow ITAM Solution
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO) About the Role:

This role requires a senior technical consultant who is a US citizen and has at least 5 years of experience in configuration/development for complex technologies. The ideal candidate will have a current Servicenow Certified System Administrator certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM.

The remuneration for this role includes a base pay of $135,300-$236,800, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits. What We Offer:
