Client: National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)

Summary: Amtrak’s Digital Technology (DT) group is seeking a vendor to help operationalize ServiceNow’s Federal Government Integrated Risk Management (IRM) application. The goal is to enhance and mature Amtrak’s enterprise risk management posture, meeting federal compliance requirements and supporting Amtrak’s unique operational environment.

• Overview:** Configure, operationalize, and enhance ServiceNow IRM modules. Implement workflow automation, third-party integrations, and support deployment within Amtrak’s ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operationalize ServiceNow IRM modules.
• Implement workflow automation and third-party integrations.
• Support deployment and integration with Amtrak’s ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Tag and isolate fraud-related controls for attestations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced ServiceNow IRM skills.
• Experience in workflow automation and integration management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Risk and Compliance)
• ITIL Foundation

Experience Level

5+ years ServiceNow IRM experience, 3+ years in workflow automation/integration
