ServiceNow HRSD Business analyst (Only W2 Candidate)

• Will closely work with the ServiceNow HRSD Architect
• HRSD BSA will gather and analyze requirements, collaborate on designing HRSD solutions, and ensure successful delivery of HR service management initiatives
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, Business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Onsite role
• 3 interviews via Zoom
• Preferred Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM/PSM)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $66.00 - $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
