Overview
EY's Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice provides risk management support to banks, insurers and asset managers. Our team includes professionals with industry, client and product knowledge as well as quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology expertise. You will coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance and energy trading companies, and other organizations.
The opportunity
EY is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Senior Consultant/Manager with a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow technology and a strong development background. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with specialized expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder objectives.
- Provide expert consultation on best practices for ServiceNow IRM, ensuring adherence to industry standards and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Define and document the architecture of ServiceNow IRM implementations, overseeing deployment and ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Develop and maintain architecture and solution designs that support stakeholder objectives and comply with ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Assess effort and complexity of ServiceNow enhancements via demands or projects, providing technical evaluations against the platform.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects and other teams to address complex technical and functional needs of systems.
- Establish and recommend changes in development standards to enhance platform quality and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
- Lead GRC processes and technology enablement initiatives, guiding team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in RFPs/RFIs responses and proposals, including preparing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and advocating for technology solutions.
- Work independently and efficiently under tight timelines, delivering high-quality results by deadlines.
- Apply Agile and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies to manage project lifecycles.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- University degree in finance, computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, focused on IRM
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations, with knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and integrations
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, AJAX, CSS, and JSON; deep knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components including custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, ACLs, and integrations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high-quality outputs
- Prior consulting experience is a plus; familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
Ideally, you'll also have
