SNOW ITSM Sr. Developer

As a senior developer at Tata Consultancy Services, you will lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, orchestration, and operational activities will be invaluable in delivering high-quality projects. Mandatory Skills

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect / Consultant
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
• Leading at least 3 or more Transformation Implementation projects in ITSM/ITOM / ITAM / Integrations area and complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

• Designing technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and converting to functional requirements
• Reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
• Providing technical guidance and support to the team

Requirements:

• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to apply it effectively
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow features and functions, particularly HAM Pro
• Ability to design and develop custom ServiceNow applications
