ServiceNow Trainer

As a dedicated, full-time ServiceNow Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one, high-impact training tailored to build expertise from scratch to architect level across various ServiceNow modules. Your primary goal will be to design a customized learning path, conduct structured daily 1-on-1 sessions, and thoroughly train on core ServiceNow modules such as Forms, Lists, Scripting, Business Rules, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a personalized learning path from beginner to advanced ServiceNow architecture.
• Conduct daily 1-on-1 training sessions (2 hours/day) with clear outcomes and goals.
• Thoroughly train on Core ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Portal customization, Performance Analytics, and more.
• Assign and review hands-on labs, mock projects, and real-world case studies.
• Assist in preparation for ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA.
• Provide continuous progress tracking and adjustment of the training roadmap.
• Share mentorship and real-world implementation insights throughout the training.

Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in development and architecture roles.
• Deep knowledge of Core, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and Integrations.
• Prior experience in delivering one-on-one or corporate ServiceNow training.
• Strong command of theoretical concepts and practical implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, CAD, CTA are advantageous.
• Flexibility to commit 2 hours per day for focused training sessions.,
