We are urgently seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - CMDB with strong expertise in Service Graph Connector integrations (SCCM, Intune, etc.) and broader CMDB expertise (IRE, Data Certification, Health Dashboards, and Governance). The role requires immediate availability — we cannot consider applicants with notice periods longer than 2 week.

Responsibilities:

  1. CMDB & Integration Ownership:
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB , ensuring accurate CI data, class structures, and relationships.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Service Graph Connectors (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Tanium, Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Work with ITOM Discovery and other data sources to ensure full infrastructure visibility.
  1. CMDB Data Quality & Governance:
  • Implement and optimize Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.
  • Configure and manage Data Certification processes.
  • Build and maintain CMDB Health Dashboards (completeness, correctness, compliance).
  • Recommend improvements to governance, normalization, and reconciliation logic.
  1. Client Engagement & Delivery:
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders for CMDB design, governance, and data quality strategy.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and customer objectives.
  • Provide go-live support and post-implementation enhancements.
  1. Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Create and maintain documentation for integrations, reconciliation rules, and data certification.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and best practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ ServiceNow experience (minimum 2+ years in CMDB implementation & management).
  • Strong expertise in:

Service Graph Connectors (SCCM, Intune mandatory; others a plus).

CMDB Core Capabilities : IRE, Data Certification, Health Dashboard, Data Quality governance.

  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
  • ServiceNow CSA (mandatory), CIS in CMDB/ITOM/Discovery (preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills.

Availability:

  • Immediate start required (within 1 week preferred).
