IT ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

The position requires a senior developer to work on ServiceNow, an ITSM tool. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuration, administration, and scripting. Main Responsibilities:

• Customize the system by creating workflows and integrating it with other systems
• Develop service requests using workflows to manage data flows
• Create scripts to automate tasks using scripting tools and functionality
• Implement integrations and process automation using Orchestration
• Deliver products/releases based on specifications provided by the IT department
• Manage data between the system and other systems
• Collaborate with managers to generate views and reports
• Analyze user requirements to improve system capabilities and automate process workflows

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Three years of experience as a ServiceNow developer

Favorable Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certification
