Servicenow HAM Developer

insight global is looking for a servicenow hardware asset management developer to support one of our clients out of dearborn, mi. this developer will be joining the pc asset management implementation team migrating from the current am solution to ham as well as supporting the current java/perl platform until decommissioning.

responsibilities include:

• develop and implement servicenow ham solutions in alignment with client needs related to pc asset management
• collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation
• design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the servicenow platform, focusing on ham module
• manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of it asset management processes
• provide advanced support for servicenow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis

preferably, you will have:

• javascript knowledge
• service-now scripting skills
• service-now certified system admin certification
• familiarity with agile development methodologies
• itil v3 or v4 certification

required qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in servicenow development with a focus on hardware asset management (ham)
• in-depth knowledge of it asset management processes and best practices
