ServiceNow HRSD Technology Strategist

Slalom is seeking a ServiceNow Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience. Our capability partners with our clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.

As a ServiceNow HRSD Technology Strategist, you'll guide clients in aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with their long-term enterprise goals. You'll design and deliver HRSD solutions that are scalable, strategic, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

· Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure alignment across technical teams

· Design and validate HRSD solutions that support client enterprise objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem

· Facilitate roadmap development and communicate how HRSD can drive strategic outcomes

· Review and refine technical solutions to ensure they meet both functional and business expectations

· Ensure the successful delivery of team projects

· Mentor team members on HRSD best practices, platform capabilities, and scalable design standards
