Job Description: We are looking for an experienced technical consultant with expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and integration. The selected professional will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that cater to the needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance on ServiceNow implementation and customization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex technical solutions
• Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow products and features
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending innovative solutions

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Benefits:

• Base pay range of $121,700 - $213,000
• Equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
