ServiceNow Developer Position
This role involves working on the ServiceNow platform to create, maintain and enhance various applications including ITSM, SPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal and custom application development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive backend development experience with JavaScript programming language and ServiceNow Glide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
- Confer with stakeholders to define their information technology goals and advise in the re-engineering of business processes to meet those goals.
- Provide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000).
- Lead workflow presentations to leadership and stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the organization to accomplish project tasks.
- Work on an Agile Team creating/using stories and other Agile and/or SAFE applications within ServiceNow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT related field 7 years of related experience; or a Master's with 5 years of experience; an Associate's with 9 years of experience.
- Extensive JavaScript programming language and ServiceNow Glide experience.
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator CSA.
- Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
- Fully capable with the Microsoft Office suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook.
- Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.
- Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $103,800 - $218,100 ],
