Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HCMS professional to join our team as an HCMS Training & Adoption Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, system stability, and compliance with business and policy requirements. You will also collaborate with IT and vendors to test, implement, and document system updates, patches, and enhancements.

An essential part of this role is designing, developing, and delivering training programs on ServiceNow HCMS modules for HR staff, supervisors, and employees. This includes creating instructional materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and video tutorials tailored to different user roles.

You will also host training sessions and practice labs in a sandbox environment, develop and implement a communication plan to support change management, and generate and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
