ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Overview

At Slalom, our ServiceNow team delivers business outcomes through strategic thinking and technology innovation. We partner with clients to reimagine work using the ServiceNow platform as a tool for enterprise agility and human-centered design.

We seek a ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in CMS and/or ITx (ITOM, ITAM, ITSM) who will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver well-architected solutions leveraging ServiceNow platforms and products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to set expectations and manage requirements
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow-based solutions
• Lead design sessions and document business process flows
• Identify gaps between current and desired end states
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate solution benefits and risks
• Design test plans for quality solutions
• Follow new ServiceNow product releases and acquisitions
• Contribute to sales efforts and provide expertise during client presentations
• Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client engagement
• Coach junior team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of service management experience, specifically with ServiceNow
• Expertise in one or multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, SPM
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration
• Understanding of system architecture and ability to design scalable solutions
• Experience with data sharing and visibility considerations
• Proven ability to optimize business processes and map to ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Our compensation practices prioritize fair and equitable compensation. For this position, the base salary pay range for Senior Consultants is $110,000-$203,000, while Principal-level candidates may receive $122,000-$225,000, and Sr. Principals up to $258,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
