ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Senior Associate

Crowe is seeking a highly technical Senior Staff member for our growing ServiceNow ITOM team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, with a strong focus on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

• Configure and script ServiceNow ITOM components, including discovery patterns, probes, sensors, MID Server installation, event management rules, and service mapping design.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems, like monitoring tools and CMDB feeders.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.
• Maintain clear documentation and internal development standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modeling.
• Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to deliver technical solutions independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in distributed teams.
• Will to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
