ServiceNow Business Analyst
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Samprasoft, you will play a critical role in driving business value through process improvement and technology enablement. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Work closely with the IT team to implement and configure ServiceNow applications.

Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and procedures.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for business process improvements.
Requirements:
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
