ServiceNow Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Samprasoft, you will play a critical role in driving business value through process improvement and technology enablement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

  • Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Work closely with the IT team to implement and configure ServiceNow applications.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and procedures.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for business process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
