Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, support, and maintain the ServiceNow implementation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions using ServiceNow.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
• Design and implement Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Integrate tools with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc).
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
• Support business process re-engineering activities for ticketing and order management capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Orchestrate and automate tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• US Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• 6-12 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 6-10 years of experience.
• 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
