Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect - Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across CSM, FSM, and FSO modules tailored to financial services use cases.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for clients in banking, capital markets, or insurance, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demos, and proposal development.
• Build and mentor global delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery excellence.
• Drive platform adoption and innovation by leveraging ServiceNow's latest features and capabilities. Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on expertise in CSM, FSM, and FSO modules.
• Strong understanding of financial services domain - banking, capital markets, or insurance.
• Experience in defining end-to-end solution architecture, design, and technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow programs.
• Proven success in pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses and client workshops. Benefits
