Key Role Summary:

AHEAD empowers digital business by integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, and analytics with software delivery. As a Principal Consultant, you will leverage ServiceNow to optimize customer operations. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clients in a rapidly changing environment.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional client service as a trusted advisor.
• Lead large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes leveraging ServiceNow and adjacent technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of client operations to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and present high-impact recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Lead organizational change management efforts in large transformational programs.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or management.
• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, industry, or a related field with a focus on delivering strategic and transformative solutions.
• Strong industry knowledge and expertise in sectors like healthcare, financial services, technology, or manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its application to customers' strategic goals.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
