Position: Sr. ServiceNow Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8–12+ years

Looking for ServiceNow implementation candidate

• Technical Expertise

8–12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Portal.

Experience with CMDB design, data modeling, and discovery.

• Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules – preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly desirable.

• Soft Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Proven track record of leading large ServiceNow transformations.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
