We are hiring a Developer with a strong background on the ServiceNow Platform, having experience in various modules of ServiceNow
We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the transformation of our order and delivery management systems. You'll work on new features, enhancements, and issue resolution across AT&Ts ServiceNow platforms. This role involves close collaboration with U.S.-based teams and requires hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, cloud-based software systems
- Configure and manage ServiceNow workflows and modules
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer code reviews
- Document systems and features clearly
- Mentor and support team members
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience (4+ years) with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, OMT
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flows, etc.
- Experience with ServiceNow portals and widgets
- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and story management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and container tech (Docker)
- Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs
- Certifications like CSA, CAD, CIS are a plus
